Keith Sonderling was confirmed by the U.S. Senate in September, 2020, to be a Commissioner on the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He is responsible for enforcing federal laws that prohibit employment discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetic information. He previously served as Acting and Deputy Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division at the U.S. Department of Labor. Prior to that, he was a partner at the Gunster Law Firm in Florida.
